Fixed Price

Once a free, no obligation site survey has taken place on your property, you will receive a quotation that will have a clear breakdown of costs.  If you decide to choose us as your contractor, the price you sign up to will remain fixed, unless you decide to have additional work done. A percentage of the overall cost will be asked for at major milestones of your project, so you will never have to part with your entire money up front.

 

All-In-One Package

We provide a comprehensive, all in one construction service and oversee every step of the process from design, planning and approval, right through to the actual construction.  It starts with a free no obligation quotation with an accurate timescale for the project.  If you’re happy to proceed, Gibbons Construction will draw up professional plans, which cater to your exact specifications and if necessary, deal with any planning permission on your behalf.  If you wish to appoint your own architect and or structural engineer, we are also happy to work alongside them.  

 

Project Management

All construction jobs are overseen by our in-house Project Managers; who are on hand to ensure that the project is completed on time, and within budget.  This will include holding regular progress meetings with you to ensure that you always know the status of the job, and you’re free to ask any questions that you might have.

 

Dedicated Customer Service

Alongside having in-house Project Managers, Gibbons Construction also have a dedicated customer service department. This team is on hand to take the hassle and strain away and chase the correct people for you.  Throughout your project, they will also be in regular contact with you to check that you are happy with the service you are receiving.
